I didnt go to karate this week, haven't been feeling well at all, so I stayed home. Hopefully next week I feel better.

Today in karate we done mostly kata training and a little bit of our gradings.  My nephew got his gi , he was wearing it today, he looked so cute. He is doing really well in karate. He's learning pretty good and fast. His sister Im not to sure she wants to do karate nor takes it to serious as shes only 4 1/2 well shes  5 in Jan. Our lesson was aight today, went by fast as normal. :)
