My nephew winning the class trophy.

My nephew  got his red belt.

My nephew won gold in Kata and Kumite, holding trophy, his cousin to the right of him wining bronze in kata and kumite.

So the past month, karate training has been going well. Two weeks ago there was a competition, I didnt get to go this time, because I had to work and I wasn't prepared to go to the competition again with 2hrs of sleep. Last  competition I went with a couple of hours of sleep and I was just over tired and didn't really enjoy it as much as I wanted.  Yesterday at karate, my sensei told me that I was doing really good and my katat, pinan nidan was looking good, and my stances are looking good.


My nephew he got gold in kata and kumited on his first competition, well done to him.
